I want my contacts to be filed on my Visor as they are on my desktop in Outlook. I want them to be filed like the "File As" line in Outlook.

I cannot figure this out.

Can anyone help?

According to this FAQ from Chapura, the concept of "file as" doesn't exist on the Visor. There is a preference setting for displaying contacts, though. Unfotunately, the only options are [Last Name, First Name] or [Company, Last Name]. To select, from within Address, tap the menu icon, select Options..., Preferences... and choose in the List By: box.
