Unhappy

I was excited to find my mini jam by the front door when I arrived home today. I opened it with much anticipation. Everything was there except for the earbud headphones and the soft pouch with belt clip. A quick call to customer service and I was told that the soft pouch is an accessory and must be ordered seperatly. It is listed on the literature that was in the box I recieved as one of the "goodies". At least all the important pieces are there.
