I am aware of that but I've heard some nightmares with HS's refurbs?!?

90 Day Warranty

There is a 90 day warranty on refubished units. If there is any problems with the unit, I am pretty sure that it will show up within the first 90 days.

I saw some at my local Best Buy this weekend. I think the price is right at the level you want. But maybe this is not going to work for you? Some other retail locations might also have them.

Best Buy has the Visor Edge on sale this week at the advertised price of $135 ($149-10% instant discount, all PDA's)

However, you BB might not still have the Edge in stock...
