Red face

I just got off the phone with Handspring. They are sending me my third visor. Once again, my Visor developed crack in the top of the unit between the two screws. I asked them if they have seen this problem before and they said no. It is very unusuall. They sugested that I call tech support. I did and they gave me the same response.

I really do not know what to do at this point. I am starting to get frustrated.

Handspring's response is total BS!

If its people are not reading the support forums, then they're all nimrods!

The cracking issue is documented on just about every support forum I've seen. I've had three Visors becuase of cracking. Heck, customer support even sent me a Visor that was cracked.

If you call CS again, tell them they're suufering from a serious case of denial in reference to the cracking problem.
