Unhappy Eyemodule2 Problem

I have a Handspring Platinum and an Eyemodule2 which I have used frequently on my old Windows 98SE HD. However, since upgrading to Windows XP, I am unable to Hotsync Eyemodule2 to my PC. I am able to do routine hotsync operations, but when I try to hotsync Eyemodule2, the screen indicates that the Eyemodule2 pictures are moving from the Handspring to my PC, but then it times out with no data transferred. I am using the most recent Palm Desktop and Eyemodule2 Conduit Software.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Doug [email protected]
