What do I do to return an extra visor I bought? On the web site it says to call customer service, but I waited on hold for 3 hours and got nobody. Where to I mail it to?

You'd probably be better off to just sell it. You could sell it here, or on eBay or something. You might even make a few dollars.

It was so hard that instead I bought a Palm V. I'll wait untill the summer. I hope by then Handspring will have a new product (in color) and will be shipping all over the world. It's very *$&@(# if you don't know anyone in America or Canada...

I have found it much easier to get through on the phone to Customer Support if you wait until about 30 minutes before their phone lines close. I can get through in 5 to 10 minutes that way.

Hey, thanks for all of the responses. I will try to call again tomorrow, but is anyone here interested in buying my visor. It's brand new. I am not looking to make a profit--I just need my money back. Let me know...
