VNC over serial cradle

Hi
I bought a used Visor Deluxe recently which is really cool.
I can't understand how to get VNC working on this unit over the serial cradle. Is it possible does anyone know? There doesn't seem to be a way to select 'Direct Serial Cable connection' on the Visor.
If anyone knows I'd really appreciate some help.
