Visor Prism Silent Alarm?

I have had this idea that someone should make a hack to enable the green light that the Visor Prism has and blinks when charging, to act as a silent alarm just like the Visor Edge. Im sure it is a possible thing to make and if I knew how to make Palm apps then thats the first thing I would try to do? Does anyone know if there is something like this? I think it is a great idea if not.

It doesn't flash the green LED, but I use and am quite happy with Silence. Is shuts off the speaker, but the unit will still turn itself on for an alarm, quite nice for meetings, church, etc.
