Question

I got my Visor yesterday. It works great except the first button (to do list button)is
not doing anything. I tried to set the preferences and all other buttons work except for this.
Is it a bad visor?
tried to call handspring tech support but I keep on getting a sales message.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Isn't the first button (on the left, a square with a "1" it it) the datebook button? When I press mine, it cycles through all of the various datebook views.

Also, I set it to run the Datebook+ app rather than the Datebook app, so that I get the better datebook.

If you are saying that you have checked in the "Buttons" section of Preferences and the "To Do" button is definitely set to launch the "To Do" app, and you can run "To Do" fine from the launcher, then I would say there must be a hardware problem with the button.
