GoType keyboard FS

I have a GoType Keyboard that does not work with my prism, it worked fine with my Visor Deluxe but the prism is alittle thicker.
I do not have the original box, but I have the CD.

why doesn't it work with your prism? size or program problem?

the prism is a little thicker than the visor deluxe and It does not fit in the cradle flushly.
