Have any of you received your previously back-ordered backup module? FYI, my backup module arrived today. Handspring FedEx overnighted this package also, and I was charged only $.85 for the postage.

I know for many of you HS's reputation is marred beyond repair, and perhaps rightly so. But I conclude that they are now behaving like a properly customer oriented company should. I should have paid somewhere around $20 for the FedEx overnight shipping. IMO, HS is doing good, order-by-order, and I hope many of you hold out and let them work out the kinks.

Cool! Now there's even more reasons to look forward to the FedEx guy coming by! Now if they'd only start shipping cases...
