Could someone please detail the steps necessary to use IR sync with the Visor. My two previous attemtps have resulted in Hard resets. With the new Rhodiana case and the fact that I don't have a cradle at work, an IR sync with my notebook would be most useful.

What software are you using to sync with? IRLink from ISComplete is supposed to work rather well (I have not tried it myself).
