Oh no! That fatal exception error has returned after taking a vacation for a few months. What's changed you ask? Well I did install Stowaway keyboard .prc and my USB Mac refused to sync when I changed from keyboard to cradle (with the Visor off) and then the fun started.

I don't think the USB devices are playing very nicely with each other. Anyone else doing 20 minute restores today?

i'm waiting patiently for my stowaway (on backorder from targus) and am wondering if its going to be even more of a hassle when i finally get it...

when will these designers realize mac users make up a significant portion of their customer base! support support support.

I have talked to a customer support person at Hndspring about the problem this week. He said make AppleTalk inactive and try to sync. I did and it worked. Ordinarily I would remove the Backup folder from my User folder and do the backup. Everything is sort of working OK at the moment. Knock, knock.
