Question

HELP!!!
I just changed my batteries (right after doing a hot sync), put the fresh pair in, turned my Ice Visor DX around and I see my screen is on, but the icons are "blurry", and nothing is working. I tried the power button, but nothing. Then I tried a soft reset. The Palm OS screen pops up, then off, then on, then off....etc.

After a few tries of the soft reset, re-replacing the batteries, I finally did a hard reset. Now I am going to attempt to restore my data (crossing fingers). WHAT HAPPENED???
Has this happened to anyone else?

Don

Is it possible the unit was ON when you changed batteries?

I am very sure the unit was turned off. Also I should note that this was my second pair of batteries. I changed my first pair after a month, and I had no problems then.
