Recategorizing Sys Apps?

My System Apps are recategorizing after HotSyncs. I keep most of them in Unfiled, but they are being moved to Main and System after Hotsync. This is happening to only the System Apps in Unfiled. I am using a Prism with the latest OS update. I am using the standard Launcher. I do have Memplug, but it occurs without Memplugs presence.

Here's something you can try. I have a Deluxe. I created a new category called Storage, and I put the icons for the default apps (Address, Calc, Date Book and Date Book +, Expense, Graffiti, Mail, Memo Pad, To Do List and Welcome) in that group since I have the app buttons to start those apps.

Maybe it's something about them being in the Unfiled category.
