Unhappy

I ordered my BVDx on 1-1 and have read on the recieved log that the average time is ~10 days... I ordered the standard shipping (I regeret it now) and its still not here after 20 days... Is anyone else having these probs? If you order express does Handspring put it at higher priority? I've called twice and they say its sitting in a warehouse

I wish I had ordered express...

I ordered on 1/9 online from Indiana and received my BVDx on 1/19 via UPS Ground. I had specified Standard shipping though...

I ordered a Graphite VDx on 1/3 standard shipping. Why pay extra to save a few days after six weeks, right? Then I started following the visor received log and wished I'd gone for express when units ordered express on 1/3 arriving starting 1/7. My visor arrived UPS Ground on 1/12.

Sounds like they still don't have all the problems worked out.

Standard shipping, if done by UPS ground, should be no more than 6-7 working days from CA to the east coast. You can get a transit time estimator at www.ups.com . My Visor was shipped from Fremont, CA 94539. Just enter that Zip along with your own for the "published" UPS transit time.

Well, I live in Texas... it's not the shipping I'm worried about... I've called Handspring and they say its sitting in a warehouse! I was just wonderin if you paid the extra $$ for express, do they put that order at higher priority?

I guess I just have to wait...

I found that Handsprings standard shipping is UPS ground, and here is the link http://www.ups.com/wwtransit/engtimetran.html time in transit.
