Just wondering if people think there will be, essentially, a Y-adaptor.
Seems ot be that tossing in two springboards would be very appealing at times.

I think that a way of attaching more than one springboard will be critical. E.g. what good is a printer springboard if you can't use it to print from your nifty web browser or mapping springboards?

I doubt the seemless plug and play tehy have achieved will accommodate more than one Springboard at a time. That's where Windows "plug & pray" falls down handling the numerous conflicts.

The whole y connector idea is awesome, but I think that the OS would have to have provisions for that. Since the springboards have software on them, the OS would have to deal with two plug-n-play things, and I doubt it can do it.

I think the first Springboards will probably have only one function. Innogear has let slip that they are considering a Springboard that performs multiple functions. If they can produce what they claim they can do, I think we'll have a every growing range of Springboards to choose from. Unfortunately, it does mean that we'll have to keep buying.
