My concern is that because I bought mine at Best Buy, and possibly without the "extended service warranty," that Handspring will tell me to go to BB, and Best Buy will tell me off. I'll send out some emails and find out.
My Visor's blue, BTW.
I plan on going wireless sometime in the next few months; I wonder if Handspring's replacement will be an RF shielded model? Or if they'll do a trade-up to a Platinum...
[Edited: I called them and they're shipping a replacement out to me now. Cool.]
