3 weeks x 7 days/week x 3 hours/day x $6.35/hour should get you there. Work!

I know you were kidding - but an easy way to get $400 is through Ebay. I am always amazed at the price people will pay for some of my old junk. (Of course, I pay others for their Ebay junk too!)
