I've been unable to install AvantGo despite many tries. I've also tried AOLMail. With both the HotSync starts, then stops and after a while I get the error message that connection was interrupted. I have no trouble installing other apps (BugMe!;Solitare;PQuicken etc. ) Has anyone else had this problem, or know of a solution?
I've got the 2mb model and I'm using an add in USB board.

Which desktop platform are you using? PC? Mac? Whic version of the OS? Desktop model, etc.

Hey Mad-

Thanks for the reply. Problem solved now. My Visor was *totally* corrupted from a screwed up HotSync. I couldn't even do a hard reset! The Visor would freeze up at the Palm OS splash screen. Finally I had to take the batteries out for 20 min, delete most of the backup and do it all over again. That solved my problems and now everything works.
