Hi

I can't seem to get the Address book on the Palm desktop as well as the calendar to update when I hotsync. I can otherwise hotsync perfectly. Interestingly, the MEMO section of Palm Desktop does update when I sync.

Any ideas?

Start by checking your conduit settings in the HotSync manager to make sure the Address Book sync is setup correctly.

I have the same problem.
Date Book, Address book, To Do List and Memo Pad are not in my Conduit list.

How do you add them back in??

Exactly the same with me: when I check, those applications are NOT in the conduit list. How do you add them back? If its of any relevance, I have Datebook as well as Datebook 3 on my Visor

Did you install PocketMirror to sync with Outlook? If so, the desktop does not get updated.

I found the problem.
I reinstalled from the Handspring CD and did not select to use the existing 3rd party conduits. (There is another radio box there to select but I forgot what its called). It seems when I installed another program it took out the default conduits.
It works fine now.
