After some research, we discovered what was generating the following error when using the Stowaway Keyboard in conjunction with the Handspring Visor:

Apparently, when the program Jot is loaded, (which enables the user to write more easily onto the Palm/Handspring Visor as opposed to using the preprogrammed Graffitti) Jot generates the error. Specifically, when the "Enable Jot" is checked, it creates an error (as shown above) with the bottom row of Funtion Keys (in blue) when the Keyboard is in use. All other keys function well except for FN-Delete, Fn-New, Fn-Show, FN-Scroll, FN-Details and Fn-OK.

To eliminate the problem, simply uncheck "Enable Jot" in the Jot program
file on the unit! That's it.

Hope others are helped by this solution as they load Jot and try to use their keyboard.
