I just got my Prism yesterday and last night I left it in its cradle to recharge. When I woke up the battery percentage (Using the easter egg) showed it at 94%, does it ever reach 100%? The green light is carrying a steady glow.

Mine reaches 100%. You may find with a LiON batter that it does get broken in over time. It is also a good idea to recharge it often when new.

The green light shines continuously when the battery reaches somewhere around 95%. Leave it on longer to get to 100%

Hm, even when I've left it in overnight which would be for at least 6 hours I've never seen 100% out of the cradle. The highest I've seen is 99%, while the norm is usually 97%.

Lightbulb Prism Battery ever at 100%?

I have found that at times when, as Scotty would say, "I canna give ya full power, Capt'n" that a soft reset will help.

I've had my Prism for about 2 weeks now. I see the same thing...it normally will show a full charge of around 98-99%, but rarely 100% (a few times in the first week). This even if I leave it in the charger overnight. And the times it hit 100% it didn't last long at that level before it dropped.

This seems to be normal behavior. I also notice the power drops off rather rapidly when I first start using in the morning. It seems to drop to 97%, then to 93-94% fairly quickly. Then it seems to stablize. I have also noticed the battery meter display in SilverScreen and the Palm launcher differ. SiverScreen's shows a drop in the graphic display at these mid-90 levels, while the standard battery meter stills shows a full charge.

I thought about e-mailing tech support but figured I'd just get some song-and-dance non-answer...
