I received a Visor Deluxe, DOA, and have for the last week made every effort possible to try and reach them. Do they have technical support? They simply don't respond to email and I waited an hour last night long distance on hold without luck (wonder how much that cost me?). I think I better cut my losses, chuck it in the garbage and go with a more reputable product who has tech support and at least acknowledges you. Perhaps they will have the ability to support their products in the future. At this point I'm totally frustrated.
