I'm just wondering, is there any way to beam with a CE device from my Visor? seems most of the CE devices have IR port. I tried to beam to a Casio Cassiopeia, didn't work.

is there any software can make it?

Take a look at "Hand 2 Hand" at http://www.sodeog.com

This product, which got a lot of press in early December, will allow those with PalmOS, WinCE, and EPOC32 units to transfer data via IR. Of course, each unit must be running the software.
