How do I add an address from my contact list to an email using my Stowaway without typing in the whole address? Isn't there a shortcut?

I do not actually do this, but let me see if I can figure it out.

Assuming you are using the standard built in eMail client...

Fn New. (Start a new message, the cursor is now in the 'To' field.)
Cmd L. (Look Up)
One can then key the first few letters of a person's last name to have to look up dialog box seek the individual you wish.
If the last name is unique you can then press 'Enter' to select that individual. If not, then you may have to use the stylus first.

After pressing the 'Enter' you will be back in the email program with the 'To' field filled in with the email address of the selected individual. You can then press the Tab or Fn-Tab (depending on your Tab setting in the Keyboard application) to move to the 'CC', 'Subj', or 'Body' fields.

You can also type the first couple letters of the last name and then Cmd-L. If you've narrowed it down sufficiently, the name will be replaced automatically w/o leaving the email and having to manually choose the name. Little bit of a time saver.
