As far as I know there is no way to sync Hotmail to the Visor.

You can do it by using OE 5.0. What you need to do is setup OE to sync with Hotmail. Then drag the online messages to local messages. If you have setup the Palm desktop to sync to OE then it will sync the local folder to the visor. Its not the ultimate way to get your mail, but it works. Good luck
