HotSync Problem w/ Outlook Contacts

I just upgraded my laptop to the 2003 version. When I HotSync-ed with my Visor Edge, I got a "View Log" message that said that, because I had more than 15 categories, it moved hundreds of my contacts to "unfiled." I've reduced my address book down to 10 categories, and I get the same message. Anyone know how to fix this?
(I have a Visor Edge)
