problems using outlook. Appreciate help

Im trying to use Outlook with PocketMirror the same way I was using Palm desktop (very simple) But im finding problems, ie i cant use the "find" function as in PD. I cant find strings that I introduced in my Visor Address book custom fields. I would like to find any string with one touch, including all folders (contacts, notes, etc) is there any help????
