Unhappy Volume settings

Hello,

After a hotsync I noticed that the system sounds of my Prism were rather low, though the Prefs, General setting shows System Sounds as High. Especially the clicks when changing menus or open an application can hardly be heard anymore....The speaker is ok, because the hotsync tone sounds clear. Does anybody know of possible causes? Is there another way to adjust volumes?
My Prism is just one month old and never had any problems until now..Is it a bad sign...:-(

Lightbulb Did you get it from handspring.com?

Hey man,

Just return the damn thing. I find the same problem with my prism it's just that some alarms are louder then the other anyway.

Cheers and good luck!

Returning the Prism?

I bought mine here in The Netherlands. It took about five weeks to get it after ordering, because there's hardly any supply of Handspring...The market here is loaded with iPaq's and others...
If I would order it from the States I would make customs very happy .....
At the moment the low volume setting doesn't bother me that much. If it starts really bugging, I'll bring it on my next trip to the States and see what I can do from there...
