I run Outlook on both my home and work machines. I collect email at my home machine from a few different accounts. At work we are in lockdown so I can only access my company email. When I synch my VDX at home it loads all my email, as it should. When I take it into work, even if I set the preference to "Synch" (vs. Desktop Overwrites Handheld)it overwrites my handheld, eliminating all my home email.

I don't particularly care to put my home email into my work Outlook via Hotsynch, but would greatly prefer that my work desktop not overwrite my handheld with only my work email. What am I doing wrong?

Keefer,
I don't think you can sync e-mail with two machines. I sync my Visor both at work and at home, but only sync e-mail at work. The way it is designed it will always just show the last machine you performed a sync with. Another option would be to use Eudora at home, and sync separately with Eudora mail for Palm.

euangel, do you setup two profiles in the PalmDesktop and have it prompt for "Me at home" and "Me at work"? Then specify which profile synchs what?
