Can I put Palm OS 3.5 on my visor deluxe

Does anyone know if I can get Palm OS 3.5 on my Handspring Visor Deluxe? Currently I have Palm OS 3.0 I belive.

the more elaborate response is, the OS is on the ROM and cannot be upgraded or replaced. Sorry.
