Just wondering.. I saw the clie and only thought it had the one brightness setting with the backlight and then the no backlight option when you held down the power button. However, I see people talking about changing the levels of the backlight light. Also, would you be able to run programs off of the memory sticks?

There is a small icon in the graffiti area that looks like a drawing of the sun, tap it to bring up the brightness control. It took me a while to find it.

Most definatly you can control the brightness.
