Is it possible this is a new version, or you were just unaware of this functionality? [/B]
See the reply from Franklin posted by mgflorez. After reading your message, I checked the manual and poked around the program again, and there's no "interaction" with other programs. I think their statement you quoted is vague, maybe intentionally so. You can lookup unfamiliar words that are in other Palm apps or Franklin eBooks, but there's no automated way of doing this, other than copying the word, switching to the dictionary, and pasting into the lookup field.
I personally don't care much to use it as a spell checker or to have it interact with other apps. What I would really like is a full-sized dictionary on an 8MB (or larger?) module. I'd pay up to $100 for the full Merriam-Webster or American Heritage Dictionary on a Springboard Module. And the OED (Oxford English Dictionary) would really be nice, but there's not way that's going to fit on a springboard module at present.
