Hey FYI to Stowaway users,
Have been trying to find a way to use my Stowaway when I am taking notes, sitting without a desk- without carrying a board or other stiff object. Was packing to move and came across a Case Logic CD case (holds 24 CDs) that I had removed the CD liners from (I made myself a pigskin case and I needed the liner for that). On a whim I unzipped it and laid out my Stowaway in it. Perfect fit! It supports the keyboard well enough that I can set it on my lap and type away. The folds in the CD case are offset from the Stowaways hinges, which helps to keep the keyboard from flopping shut.
Try it, you might like it!

P.S. I did not patent this idea, nor do I endorse feckless and irresponsible use of shaving cream.

Thumbs up Very Cool!!

I was in Best Buy looking at the Targus Stowaway/PDA case which has a zippered area for the stowaway, and a velcro area for the PDA. It's 30 bucks.

Remembering your post, I wandered over to the CD section, and was very excited to find not 1, but 3 kinds of CaseLogic cd cases to choose from, all of which hold my Visor (in it's Slipper) and my Stowaway.

There's a fake leather one (most professional - the one I got) a black nylon one, and a grey nylon with your choice of trim color - red, yellow, purple. The grey with color seemed to be most padded, offering most protection. It also had a carrying strap and a loop to clip a strap or something onto. What I didn't like about it was that it wasn't as stiff, and didn't offer as much support for "lapping" the Stowaway as the black ones did.

Any of them, though, are great to hold your Visor/Stowaway and maybe some etcs.

I've got the black nylon one. Since I bought it just to cannabilize (sic) the innards out of it, I didn't really care what it looked like. Now all my cases are black so it fits in. Glad it works for you.

Cool

Yes, Case Logic to the rescue. With my Prism, OmniSky, Keyboard, Modem, 8 MB module...I had quite a collection. I was looking at the CD cases at Borders, and purchased a CD player case, black nylon...padded...works great. It holds everything safely and under $15!
