If you are using ThinAir with JPS PQA app beware. After loading my email information, I was able to collect my email and send it. I went back a few days later only to find out I was looking at someone else's email. I went to the setup screen and found someone else's email information. I proceeded to try out ThinAir a few more times only to found different people's email and password information. If you want to use it, don't put in your email password on the setup screen. That screen (setup) saves your mail information. Instead leave the password information blank on the setup screen and only input it on the receiving email screen. That screen doesn't save your password. Be prepared to load your email information each time your use it.
I think the problem is this:
ThinAir places your email information and passwords on a server with a unique number for you PALM VII (Handspring Visor acting like a PALM VII). Since everyone is using the same software which probably tells THINAIR the same unique number.
