You should really quote those types of things within the context they are written. That particular bit is from the RISKS section. You need to list EVERY possible factor that could impede the success of the company. While many of these are highly unlikely you MUST include them. This is the same for every company that files an S-1. You would be surprised what some companies have listed...hell if you read these and gave them too much attention you would NEVER invest in ANY company.
Risk is part of the game. And Handspring looks pretty good to me. Remember IPO's are to raise money. And if a company waited until they had ZERO service, support or product complaints...no company would go public. So keep it real people.
