I just (1/7/00) ordered my Graphite Deluxe through Handspring's Website. My order appears in thier system when I check, but I never recieved an email.

Is this something to worry about? Has anyone had the same problem... recently?

I ordered on the web on 1/3/00 & never received a conf. e-mail. I checked their web site & my order was in the system. I received my Visor yesterday(1/7/00). You probably can wait a week or so before calling them(if you ordered express shipping). Good luck!
