My visor that I got last December has started to get some cracks on the top of the case, and soon I won't be able to use my Visor case with it anymore because it won't be able to stay in it. Has anyone else returned their Visor to Handspring for an exchange? Does the screen feel any different than the old screens feel, and what are the main differances between the before and after visor? Any answers would be appreciated.

oh well. i guess i have to return my visor now. its screen broke mysteriously on my way home from school. does anyone know if the screen will feel differant than my current, now old, screen felt?
