I want to return my HS. Does anyone know the correct address as I received my HS from something called fullfillment center out of
Fremont , CA. I am tired of staying on hold to get a return authorization and they won't return email. Too bad, Great technology but absolutely no support.

But I think you MUST have a RMA, or they will refuse the shippment.

You need an RMA #. If you just send it back the repair center won't know what to do with it. Credit? Repair? Replace?
