Unhappy

It appears that its getting harder to find a free internet provider to use with the thinmodem. freeI.net has been bought out by NetZero, and its becoming difficult to bypass free ISP software. Since I have a T1 at work and a cable modem at home, I really need only occasional access to a dialup service. Any suggestions?

When did NetZero buy freeInet? I'm still using freeInet as my ISP for my Visor access with no problems. The only problem I have is sending e-mail and that has to do with Yahoo, not freeInet. One thing that I noticed was that freeInet changed some of their local access phone numbers recently and that the old numbers were no longer valid. I found this out after logging in to freeInet with my PC, there was a message on their startup page (not accessable with the Visor). You may wish to check and see if your local access numbers have changed. Hope this helps.
