Weekend Mailbags

I enjoy reading the mailbag once a week since it provides a nice way to recap what has happened but I miss my old VC. It seems when I first started visiting this site last year there would be a newsitem almost every day. Now it seems that news is saved for the mailbag on the weekend which I do not like. I would much rather read a bunch of smaller things during the week when things are actually new news than at the end of the week when it is old news. I like the idea of recapping each week but I don't like having to wait until the end of the week or going to a different site to find the news as it happens.
