I have one visor at the moment and I would like to know if there is a way to protect my private Calendar entries or private addresses if I synch or beam to another computer or visor. I am using Outlook 2000 and at the office we would like to use visors to keep up with the companies tasks etc. but also be able to have personal information on each others visor.

If you've marked an address or calendar event private in your PalmOS, it should be flagged as private in the O2K calendar and contacts-- it should be non-viewable to other O2K users when they perform a free-time search.

But it is a real PITA to manage.
