Visor Touch Screen problems

Help. My Visor stopped working properly last week. I was unable to add no info on screen; if I pressed one of the silver buttons the date would change. I tried Hard and Soft resets but to no avail. For some reason last night it started working again like normal. This morning same problems again, but now after a hard reset it won't accept any tapping on the screen in the initial start up. So here I am stuck unable to tap. Any suggestions?
