I ordered mine the third week of orders, which, BTW, are already sent to the shipping dept., supposed to start going out this coming Monday.
I called a week ago to change my credit card as mine was going to expire at the end of the month and a different one had arrived, so in order to prevent more delays, I changed the number and type of card. I was told my order wasn't in the system, but "Chris" would take it down and submit it for processing.
Today I call at 6:45 EDT, get right through, and talk to "Troy" who proudly annouces that my Visor Deluxe will ship on Monday. I check the card number, and you guessed it, it's the wrong card, which BTW has now been deactivated (by me).
Troy gave me to chris who, meaning only a small amount of disrespect, was a broken record. "I sent it through, the database probably wasn't updated yet, you order has been sent to processing, can't help you" He gave me back to Troy who was much nicer and took my new card number down in case it hadn't gone through. I then asked to confirm the address. Now, I had confirmed this address twice before, and it was correct. All of a sudden they had the wrong zip code. Argh.

Bad words.

I'm done.
