“WARNING: The Visor Phone and Treo are unable to navigate some touch tone menu system

I am so mad right now This is the comment I sent to HandSpring today.

I think that you should post a warning on your web site so people can see it before they buy it.

It is a known issue and should not be kept from customers making a buying decision.

Treo 180 behave as if a call is not active when I'm connected to certain toll-free (1-800 or 1-888) numbers?
