Unhappy

I own the following modules, eye, total recall, backup module and now the Good Technology ($149.00 at website) MP3 dealy! has anyone else experienced soft resets after removing the Good module or backup. I have one of the DX's from the early days that had the have the software upgrades. Are you supposed to take the modules out with the power on or off? Help.

Emails can be taken at [email protected]

Thanks

Paul

A good rule of thumb when using any module is to always close any running app by returning to the app launcher screen before removing or inserting. Since module insertion/removal wakes up the Visor anyway, having it on or off shouldn't really matter.

Most modules will cause a crash if removed while they're using any apps or open datafiles... it's just the nature of the beast.

hi, i own a hagiware 16mb modual and a visor with the downloaded upgrade. for some reason, if i ever remove the modual when the power is turned off and i then turn the handheld on it freezes also, requiring a soft reset. it wont freeze though if i remove the modual when the power is turned on. some sugestions might be to uninstall any hacks, and close any apps that may be active
