Unfortunatley, you can't sync the Outlook Express address book to the Palm Desktop (nor the Visor). You can, however, export the address book from OE and then import it into the Desktop which will then sync then contents to your Visor.

In Outlook express, under the 'File' menu, select Export-> address book.

Then select Text File (Comma Separated Values) and export the file to a location you'll be able to find later on.

Then....well, let me reference you to Visorcentral.com's new Knowledge Database...

http://www.visorcentral.com/page/0-17-1078-17.htm

it will explain how to take a .csv (comma seperated value) file and import it to Palm Desktop for syncing!

(UPDATE: UGH! Mark, you beat me by a minute! but that's probably because i was getting the link to the Knowledge Base so that I could provide a more detailed answer! )

Assuming you have a PC then no. I have heard that there is a sync conduit for Mac.
