Anyone notice that the ridged edge on the left of the Visor is wider than the ridged edge on the right? Is it supposed to be like that?

Yes this is correct. I believe it is also this way on most of the palms. I know for sure it is this way on the Palm 1000, 5000 and Personal and Pros. I am not sure on the newer ones. It is designed this way so it fits well in a right handed persons hand. I happen to be a lefty and it doesn't work so well-oh well story of my life
