hello all,

i'm new to these forums, so forgive me

i've already tried searching for this to no avail. so i come here asking if anyone knows of any software that i could use to do door to door maps and directions using a gps unit like the magellan.

something where i could type in my address, then the address of the place i want to go and then it would tell me when i should turn left and whatnot. i am really bas at directions, so this would be a godsend. i know that rand mcnally has software like that, but would it work with the magellan, and where could i find it. thanks for your time

fuzz

GPS Map Routing

You have 2 choices and avalability depends on where you live in the world. One is to route on a desktop and load the image with route onto the Visor(Mapblaster on the web or Delorme Solus 2 or 3 with another Delorme map package).
If you are interested in GB or Europe Tomtom has Citymaps that you can route directly on the Visor. The demo shows what good programming can do as opposed to the "best" in the states which is Quo Vadis by Marcosoft. Americans don't have that option.
